Well-Being

Ifa’s as the “Yoruba” term for knowledge, wisdom and understanding — approaches this idea of well-being is  twofold.

First is Ire Aiku = long life / good health.

Second, as “Ifokambale” = peace of mind.

These two attributes for well being require that we — as humans — work consistently and with persistence — to maintain these states of being……

In this day and age?   It’s work!! ……requires maintenance………….and vigilance…………..nvestment ……………..in time and resources……………

……it is worth it…………..
